The Lasallian Times has officially resumed operations following a period of inactivity. The publication now functions under the ownership of the Parliament, administered through the Ministry of Digital, pursuant to an agreement signed in 2023.
The integration was initiated as part of a broader effort to consolidate student journalism within the school, promoting unity and coordination among the various student bodies. The agreement was reached under the leadership of former Chief Minister Iden Joshua, former Minister of Communications and Multimedia Awangku Shazzrul, former Chairperson of TVPSS, and former Chairperson of the Lasallian Times Sharven Srikhant Kevin.
Despite its new administrative alignment, the Lasallian Times will continue to operate as an inclusive platform. Membership within the editorial board will not be restricted to parliamentarians, as the publication remains open to librarians, TVPSS crew, prefects, and parliamentary members.
